About
I am an integrative psychodynamic psychotherapist and certified nutrition consultant offering psychotherapy to couples, families, and individuals of all ages. My approach focuses on understanding the unique needs of each client and creating a supportive environment for personal growth and healing.
I provide resources and information about nutrition and specific nutrients and supplements that support mental health and recovery
Services

Individuals
I practice by blending evidence-based psychotherapy techniques to address your unique needs and goals. Rooted in understanding the unconscious patterns shaped by past experiences, therapy helps uncover the root causes of emotional struggles, such as anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. By fostering self-awareness and promoting healthier coping strategies, integrative psychodynamic therapy empowers you to break free from negative cycles, gain clarity, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll work toward greater emotional balance, resilience, and fulfillment in your life.
Children and Families
Child-led play therapy empowers children to express themselves and process emotions through play, their natural language of communication. By creating a safe, supportive environment, this approach helps children navigate challenges and develop emotional resilience. Families play an essential role in the therapeutic process, with parents and caregivers actively involved to reinforce growth and understanding at home. Grounded in systems theory, family therapy addresses the interconnected dynamics within the family unit, promoting healing and harmony by fostering open communication and collaborative problem-solving. Together, we build stronger relationships and lasting change for your family’s well-being.

Every relationship faces challenges—but when disconnection, conflict, or hurt feelings take center stage, it can feel overwhelming. Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) is a powerful, evidence-based approach designed to help couples restore trust, deepen connection, and navigate challenges together.
Whether you’re struggling with communication, rebuilding after a breach of trust, or simply seeking a stronger bond, EFT offers a path to healing and lasting intimacy
Nutrition
Your diet may be playing a bigger role in your mental health than you realize. Nutrient deficiencies have a direct impact on brain function, mood regulation, and overall emotional well-being. By addressing these deficiencies and making strategic dietary changes, you can experience significant improvements in your mental health
